Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality food and beverage supplies at competitive prices. This role entails managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet kitchen demands. The ideal candidate will monitor market trends and prices to optimize procurement strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Pay: BD220.000 - BD300.000 per month
