We are looking for an experienced

PURCHASING & COST CONTROLLER.

Al Braik Hospitality has grown into a well-known brand in both home-grown and franchised food & beverage concepts in the GCC. Al Braik Hospitality's ethos exists in each of the group's five exceptional brands; Wakame, Gyuto, Edible Arrangements and BIDAYA. We are excited to launch three new upcoming F&B projects that will redefine customer experiences and set new standards in the market.

You will be responsible for the management and procurement of goods (especially food and beverages), monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure that the operation stays within budget while maintaining quality and supplier relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in one of the following (or equivalent experience):

Hospitality Management Supply Chain Management Accounting or Finance Business Administration Culinary Arts (with operations experience)

Professional Experience

2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within:

Restaurants, hotels, or catering services Food and beverage procurement or cost control Experience using inventory, procurement, and POS systems

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:

Cost control principles in F&B Inventory management and stock control Food and beverage costing, recipes, and yield management Proficient in: Microsoft Excel (especially pivot tables, formulas, and reporting) ERP or F&B software systems Understanding of menu engineering and food cost analysis

Soft Skills & Competencies:

Excellent analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong negotiation and communication skills Good organization and time management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
