JOB TITLE:

Purchasing Assistant / Coordinator

DEPARTMENT:

Purchasing

REPORT TO:

Purchasing Manager

MISSION:



To conduct market research, evaluate vendor offers, negotiate prices, and maintain accurate records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



- To make cost-effective purchases and ensure a fully stocked inventory.

- Responsible for monitoring stock levels.

- Researching potential vendors Tracking and updating order records.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:



- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.

- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.

- The ability to problem-solve.

- Notions of digital marketing platforms.

- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and PPT.

- Fast and willing learner.

- A team player who provides support across the entire operations process.

25 -30 years.

Academic:

High School or Equivalent

Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant experience as a purchasing assistant

Availability:

Immediate

PACKAGE:



- Starting 2500 AED + Visa + Health & Group Life insurance + Ticket allowance after 2 years of contract.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

* Purchasing Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
