Purchasing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for managing procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of materials, and supporting day-to-day purchasing functions. A background in the

flower industry within the UAE

is

mandatory

.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and terms Place purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure order accuracy Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors Work closely with customer service and e-commerce teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment Monitor market trends and proactively manage seasonal flower purchasing

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in the flower industry in the UAE

Minimum 3 years of experience in the flower industry within the UAE

Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes Knowledge of

customer service

and

e-commerce operations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in MS Office; experience with procurement software is a plus UAE residency or work permit preferred
