We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement and shipment follow-up for our medical and aesthetic supplies. The ideal candidate should be experienced in coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, and ensuring products are received as per the agreed terms and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers to schedule and track shipments until final delivery. Follow up on all purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of goods. Verify shipments upon arrival and confirm they are received in proper condition and under agreed terms. Identify and source new products available in the market, especially in medical, dental, and aesthetic fields. Stay updated with the latest market trends and technological developments in the medical sector. Maintain proper documentation of procurement, shipment details, invoices, and delivery confirmations. Work closely with internal departments to ensure purchase needs are met on time. Candidate should have strong knowledge of product registration procedures and regulatory requirements in the UAE
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Purchase Coordinator or in a similar procurement role. Strong knowledge of shipment planning, tracking, and receiving procedures. Familiarity with medical, dental, and aesthetic devices/equipment. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Excellent communication and supplier coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Good market awareness to identify and source the latest available products
