Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Purchase cum admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with cost estimating, purchase, and administration. You will work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities Estimate and establish costing strategies and budgets for purchases Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

Experience:
  • purchase in construction: 2 years (Required)
Language:
  • Arabic (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
  • Sharjah: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
