We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant with experience in managing procurement for healthcare facilities, particularly in medical consumables. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality products essential for our clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the inventory of consumables and spare parts across all clinic branches.
Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring timely orders and deliveries of necessary supplies.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure they arrive on schedule and meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records & Finance Records, conduct regular audits, and generate inventory reports.
Collaborate with clinic managers and other departments to forecast supply needs and avoid shortages.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in inventory and logistics management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or training in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
Proven experience in inventory control, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the healthcare or clinical industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English.
Preferable experience on inventory software like Zoho, Odoo, Tally, etc.
