Purchaser(Drilling rigs)
Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Procurement activities (mainly for General services) as per usual Oil&Gas process
xc2xb7 Preparation of bidders list (the purchaser must know Vendors)
xc2xb7 Vendor pre-qualification (compliance & due diligence process)
xc2xb7 Preparation and follow up of a call for tender
xc2xb7 Purchase Order issuance in SAP
xc2xb7 Follow up of each step in organized and tidy Excel spreadsheets
xc2xb7 Filing of all RFQ documents on the server, in the right folders, with the right numbering & hierarchy
xc2xb7 Mastering SAP
xc2xb7 PO issuance
xc2xb7 SES issuance
xc2xb7 GR issuance
xc2xb7 CAOF issuance
xc2xb7 Versatality:
xc2xb7 RFQ and commercial negotiations for general services subcontracts and Purchase Orders (car rental, hotels, IT, stationaries, etc)
xc2xb7 RFQ and commercial negotiations for Oil&Gas related equipment (PPE, freight forwarders, agencys, fittings, etc.)
Requirements:
xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree
xc2xb7 Minimum 8 years experience in purchasing role with focus on Jack up rigs.
