The Purchase Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the company\'s procurement activities and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. The role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, who can effectively manage the procurement team and maintain relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a background in the oil and gas industry and experience in procurement operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply of high-quality materials and services

Provide guidance and support to the procurement team and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement of goods and services at competitive prices.

Analyse procurement data and prepare reports for management

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Purchase Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the oil and gas industry

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of procurement software is a plus

Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary AED 10000/- + benefits as per UAE law
