The Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for outdoor advertising operations. This includes managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. The role supports campaign production, installation, and maintenance by ensuring all required resources are available when needed.

Experience in working closely with creative, production, and installation teams.
Understanding of environmental and safety regulations related to outdoor structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing:
Source and evaluate suppliers for printing materials (e.g., flex, vinyl, mesh), lighting systems, steel frames, and installation equipment.
Obtain and analyze quotes, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Issue purchase orders and confirm orders with vendors.
Inventory & Logistics:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and installation teams to forecast demand.
Track shipments, manage delivery timelines, and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and stock levels.
Vendor Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and contractors.
Evaluate vendor performance regularly based on quality, delivery, and cost.
Research and onboard new suppliers as needed.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
Work with finance and operations teams to manage procurement budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and industry standards.
Prepare procurement reports, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in advertising, construction, or production-based industries.
Knowledge of materials used in outdoor advertising (e.g., billboard printing substrates, lighting, fabrication components).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
