POSITION : PURCHASE OFFICER
Tasks :
prepare and arrange invoices and lpo's .
daily purchase tasks and search for new and best suppliers .
ability to control in and out material .
ability to do auditing when needed
keep track of material stock and prepare and extract reports
deal with fabrication team and staff to give the needed materials
track the stock count and keep system updated
cooperate with accounts to deliver the required stock and auditing report
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION :
Experience at least 2 or 3 years in Purchase .
Knowledge of Kitchens, cabinets, carpentry material is preferred
Tally software knowledge / usage is preferred
Excel software Knowledge / Usage .
English and Arabic language is mandatory .
