Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a
Purchasing Executive
to manage daily procurement and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate must have a
valid UAE Driving License
, as the role involves local travel for vendor coordination, material collection, and supplier visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies as per company requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor purchase orders and invoices.
Coordinate with internal departments to identify and fulfill procurement needs.
Prepare and maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Visit suppliers or markets when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply chain, or related field.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
Must be available to join immediately.
