We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and purchasing activities for
interior fit-out projects.
The role involves coordinating with design and site teams to procure materials, finishes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with suppliers for fit-out materials (e.g., gypsum, MDF, paint, tiles, lighting, joinery items)
Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare cost comparisons
Generate purchase orders and track deliveries to site
Coordinate with project/site teams to align material supply with construction schedules
Maintain supplier database and develop strong vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget limits
Assist with logistics and documentation for local and overseas purchases

Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in procurement within fit-out or interior contracting
Strong knowledge of materials and suppliers in the UAE market
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement software (e.g., Zoho, SAP)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
