, supporting our operations with procurement activities and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the UAE market, solid negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sourcing, purchase order management, and logistics coordination.
This role is based in Dubai and supports our Head Office operations in Muscat, Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement activities including vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation.
Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective sourcing.
Coordinate with the Muscat Head Office procurement and finance teams for approvals and budget alignment.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal supply levels.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE import/export and VAT regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
Conduct regular market research to identify new vendors and pricing opportunities.
Track deliveries and resolve any supply issues or invoice discrepancies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
in procurement or purchasing roles within the UAE.
Must be currently residing in Dubai.
Valid UAE driving license
is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
