Purchase/Procurement Officer
to join our team.
Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for signage and metal division projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare purchase orders, track orders, and handle related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, and projects) to meet material requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years UAE experience
in procurement/purchasing, preferably in signage, and metal fabrication.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of local and international suppliers.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
