Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Purchase Officer

to manage procurement activities for EPC and Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and a solid understanding of materials, equipment, and services used in engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the

end-to-end procurement process

, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order preparation, and delivery follow-up. Identify reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors aligned with project needs and company standards. Evaluate supplier quotations to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements. Maintain accurate purchase records, price comparisons, and supplier databases. Coordinate closely with the

Engineering, Projects, and Accounts Departments

for timely material delivery. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project deadlines. Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Assist in vendor evaluation and performance reviews. Stay updated with market trends, material availability, and cost fluctuations in the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering (Mechanical / Civil preferred). 3-5 years of relevant experience in

purchasing for EPC or Oil & Gas projects

. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of procurement software and MS Office. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
