Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to payment. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure quality and continuity of supply. Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure the best value for the organization. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for timely replenishment. Conduct regular market analysis to keep abreast of price trends, new products, and industry developments. Ensure all procurement records, supplier contracts, and price lists are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to align purchasing activities with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all procurement activities. Update clients on the status of their orders, ensuring timely communication and transparency throughout the process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor relations. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
