Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the most competitive prices and favorable terms.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of required materials and services. Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock. Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and savings achievements. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with quality standards and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to obtain competitive pricing and advantageous deals. Solid knowledge of local and international markets. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
