Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Procurement & Sourcing

- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure quality of parts.

Inventory Management

- Monitor and control stock levels to ensure timely availability and accuracy.

Supplier Relations

- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders for efficient supply chain operations.

Coordination

- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to manage inflow/outflow of parts and resolve issues.

Cost Control

- Track expenses, control procurement costs, and maintain required quality standards.

Market Awareness

- Stay updated on product launches, trends, and competitor pricing to support purchasing decisions.

Skills & Qualifications



Technical knowledge of spare parts (e.g., vehicles, equipment, and earth-moving machinery) and compatibility. Understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving ability with a focus on availability and efficiency. Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office tools.
