The Purchase Executive shall be responsible to assist in planning, organizing and directing all aspects of purchase. This position shall be responsible to expedite materials from suppliers and ensure on time delivery. He shall assist in policy development and implementation relating to purchases. 1. Assists the Store Purchase Officer in developing purchase policies and procedures 2. Assists in resolving problems with purchases. 3. Discusses defective or unacceptable goods/services with users, vendors, or other related stakeholders to determine source of trouble/problem and recommend appropriate corrective action. 4. Ensures that the purchases are made at the right price and at the right time. 5. Recommends contracts with vendors and develops new supply sources. 6. Maintains current catalogs, price lists, vendor information and related information for reference. 7. Monitors and has knowledge of current price. 8. Determines best method of procurement for each purchase. 9. Receive various forms, reports, correspondence, purchase orders, budget documents, audit reports, policies, procedures, manuals, reference materials, or other documentation and reviews, completes, processes, forwards or retains as appropriate. 10. Attends meetings, serves on committees, and/or makes presentations as needed. 11. Coordinates audits of external auditors and assists auditors in conducting audits by providing required documents. REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Commerce/Materials Management from an Accredited/Reputed Institute 2. Minimum of 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Purchases function in the medical/healthcare industry. Job Type: Full-time Education:
