Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end purchasing: quotations, vendor negotiations, and order processing.
Maintain inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage storeroom operations.
Source new products and ensure cost-effective, high-quality procurement.
Monitor supplier performance, verify deliveries, and process invoices.
Coordinate with FOH/BOH teams to fulfill product requests promptly.
Ensure compliance with food safety, storage, and operational standards.
Maintain records, PAR levels, and implement FIFO rules for stock distribution.
Assist in budget management and month-end inventory reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in
purchasing
and
hospitality/restaurant operations
.
Knowledge of food & beverage sourcing, storage practices, and inventory management.
Understanding of
food hygiene practices
and PIC requirements.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, email) and basic mathematics.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma in relevant field preferred.
Experience handling alcohol is a plus.
