Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of procurement experience, preferably in the steel or construction industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of local and international suppliers
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to manage purchase orders, vendor relationships, and delivery schedules
