Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1.Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
2.Source material, goods, and services and negotiate the most cost-effective contract and deals
3.Performing inventory inspection and reordering supplies and stock
4.Evaluate vendor\'s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
5.Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
6.Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors
7.Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters
8.Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree
2.Must possess a minimum of 1 years of experience as a purchase executive
3.Candidates residing or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah is a must
4.Having purchase experience in chemical industry is an advantage.
5.Quick learner with a positive attitude
