We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing high-quality materials, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. The role requires efficient coordination with project teams, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services that align with the company's operational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying suppliers to contract negotiation and final purchase. Source materials, equipment, and services necessary for real estate development projects. Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products. Manage relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier partnerships. Coordinate with project managers and other departments to forecast and plan procurement needs. Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and product availability to adjust purchasing strategies accordingly. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate development or construction industry. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement projects. Knowledge of UAE market and suppliers.
