Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for villa projects.
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain and expand a reliable vendor network within the UAE market.
Coordinate closely with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and track deliveries.
Ensure all purchases comply with company standards and budget requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in villa/building projects.
Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market prices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and Chinese speaker(preferred).
