Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement of materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements.
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, planning, and finance departments.
Maintain accurate procurement records and cost analyses.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven purchasing experience in the UAE (preferably in construction)
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Familiar with UAE market trends, supplier networks, and import/export documentation. ERP knowledge is a plus.
