Purchase Coordinator

Job Description

Job Duties and responsibilities: - Ensuring that all invoices are processed correctly and on time. - Negotiating with vendors to get the best possible prices on materials or services. - Coordinating purchasing activities with other departments within the company to ensure consistency in approach, terminology, and implementation. - Reviewing quotes from vendors to ensure that they meet all requirements and specifications of the job. - Management of inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and ordering additional supplies when needed. - Preparing purchase orders for all materials, equipment, and other items needed for the company\xe2\x80\x99s production process. - Communicating with suppliers regarding orders and shipping schedules. - Reviewing bids from potential new suppliers to determine if they would be a good fit for the company. - Preparing reports on inventory levels and purchase activity to help management make business decisions. Requirements & Qualifications - 3+ years of supply management experience& PACT software - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field - Previous experience managing purchase orders - Ability to quickly identify product. - Location Al Hamra NFA, Ras Al Khaimah - Perfumes manufacturing experience is not necessary, but it\'s a plus.
