Key Responsibilities
Coordinate purchase activities and follow up with suppliers
Maintain and update purchase and stock records using
Excel
Coordinate with
warehouse (godown)
for stock movement and availability
Conduct regular
stock checking and reconciliation
Arrange items and support
showroom display checking
Ensure proper availability of items in the showroom
Monitor incoming and outgoing stock
Support overall showroom and warehouse operations
Prepare basic reports related to stock and purchases
Requirements
Previous experience as a
Purchase Coordinator / Purchase Assistant
or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
(mandatory)
Willing to handle
both system work and physical coordination
Experience in
showroom and warehouse operations
is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
