Estimator/Purchase Coordinator: (Immediate Joiner )

Required important Skills:

- With 2 years of Estimation/Procurement experience in interior fit-out

- With market knowledge of Suppliers and Contractors

- Understanding the procurement processes and procedures

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop Procurement Strategies - Plan and execute procurement strategies for fit-out needs.

Supplier Sourcing - Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for goods and services.

Negotiate Contracts - Negotiate favorable terms and prices with vendors.

Budget Management - Monitor and control procurement budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.

Inventory Management - Oversee the stock of materials and supplies, ensuring adequate levels.

Compliance - Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and organizational standards.

Vendor Management - Evaluate and manage vendor performance, resolving issues as needed.

Contract Administration - Draft, review, and maintain contracts with suppliers and service providers.

Cost Control - Track and manage procurement expenditures, seeking cost-saving opportunities.

Sustainability Practices - Implement green initiatives and source sustainable products.

Reporting - Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

Risk Management - Identify and mitigate risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes.

Collaboration - Work closely with facility managers and other stakeholders to meet operational needs.

Skills:

Negotiation Skills - Ability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers.

Analytical Skills - Evaluate supplier performance, costs, and operational needs.

Financial Acumen - Budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting.

Project Management - Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.

Attention to Detail - Ensure accurate contracts, purchase orders, and compliance with specifications.

Communication Skills - Clear communication with internal teams and suppliers.

Contract Management - Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.

Strong understanding of materials and finishes in fit-out works.

Develop and maintain a data base of materials.

Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to resolve issues with vendors or within the procurement process.

Supplier Relationship Management - Maintaining productive vendor relationships for long-term collaboration.

Sustainability Awareness - Knowledge of eco-friendly products and sustainable practices in procurement.

Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with procurement software, Microsoft Office, and inventory management systems.

Education Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in any Civil / interior related fields.

Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
