Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Purchase Coordinator

to join our team and assist with procurement, office management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers. Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records. Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery. Support office management with administrative tasks. Prepare reports and assist management with day-to-day requirements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant UAE experience in purchasing/procurement. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (advantage). Organized, reliable, and detail-focused.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
