Job responsibilities : \xef\xbb\xbfUnder supervision of the Procurement Coordinator, the successful candidate will perform the following main missions: - To ensure the processing of the internal and external orders as per policies and follow up with concerned department. - To ensure the integrity (accurate and up to date) of the data recorded on the management software. - The Purchasing Assistant will process purchasing transactions for equipment, materials, supplies and services. - Assist the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials. - Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters. - Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on agreed dates. - Conduct market research, product research and product evaluation, - May have to inspect the products received for quality and/or quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
Required skills
\xef\xbb\xbfMust have experience in the preparation of quotation request and LPO. - Knowledgeable in reconciliation of the invoices against placed orders from suppliers and drawing-up approval for payment. - Must be able to update the monitoring table of the orders with suppliers, follow-up deliveries and monitor the conformity and consistency of the various support documents. - Experience in receiving and validating the deliveries notes and invoices from the warehouse and communicate them to the Accounting Department.
Profile : 1 year experience as Purchaser or Purchasing Assistant is mandatory. - Autonomous in carrying the activities/tasks. - Good communication skills , \xef\xbb\xbfFluent in English (written and spoken) - Must have advance excel knowledge - Details oriented
