Purchase Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Assistant whose responsibilities include researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, and updating order records (e.g., dates, invoices, and discounts.) If you're familiar with supply chain procedures and know how to create and translate cost analyses, you would be the right fit for the role.

  • New product listing and monitoring
  • Review purchase sheets and highlight items for reordering
  • Work on pricing structures for different regions
  • Item tracking and reporting sell outs
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Track brand claims
  • Maintaining stock & sell out reports in Microsoft Excel. Working on the ERP system.
  • Brand Presentations- Monthly
  • Coordination with the brand and logistics team to keep track of shipments
  • Monitor inventory level and determine appropriate stock levels
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Desired Skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail
  • Multi-Tasking and Good communication skills
