Tealand Trading LLC, a more than 20 years tea company based in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage customs and Dubai Municipality clearances, oversee inventory, coordinate with suppliers and handle all import and export documentation to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages. Update the monthly Stock Statement Report and ensure timely procurement of goods.
2. Procurement Coordination: Place purchase orders and communicate effectively with both local and international suppliers as well as forwarding companies.
3. Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and ensure proper tracking of all import and export documentation.
4. System Expertise: experience with E-Mirsal and Dubai Municipality portals.
5. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any import or export-related issues or disputes efficiently.
6. Shipment Clearances: Handle all shipment clearance processes and ensure compliance with customs and DM requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Proven experience in import/export documentation and strong knowledge of E-Mirsal and Dubai Municipality procedures for food trade.
3. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
6. Prefer Female Tagalog speaking

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
