Position: Logistic Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation as required.
- Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Liaise with the Purchase Manager on order status, delays, and urgent requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and stock movement.
- Follow up with suppliers for dispatch confirmation and share delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping and trade regulations.
- Support procurement activities by providing logistics input and tracking.
- Handle logistics-related complaints and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Experience:
- 2+ years experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations is an advantage.
