We are seeking an experienced and reliable
PRO Assistant
to join our driving school team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing allgovernment and administrative liaison activities
, including documentation, applications, and official visits to ministries and other authorities.Key Responsibilities:
Handle all
government and official documentation
related to the driving school. Visit theMinistry of Interior
and other relevant authorities as required. Managelicenses, permits, and registrations
for students and employees. Prepare and submit officialforms, applications, and correspondence
to government entities. Maintain accurate and organizedrecords of all PRO-related activities
. Communicate effectively withgovernment officials and external agencies
on behalf of the company. Ensure compliance with all relevantgovernment procedures and regulations
.Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic
(speaking and typing) - mandatory*.Proven experience as a
PRO
orAdministrative Liaison Officer
, preferably in adriving school or related field
. Strong understanding ofgovernment procedures, ministry protocols, and documentation processes
. Excellentorganizational, time management, and communication skills
. Ability tohandle confidential information
with professionalism and discretion.Salary & Benefits:
