21931BR Requisition Number: 21931BR Description: Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to: 1.\\tLabor & Immigration Department Liaison
  • \\tCollect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labor and immigration rules to keep the Management abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
  • \\tSubmit, follow-up on all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
  • \\tRenew, update, and maintain all employees work permits and residencies in a timely manner to ensure that company\xe2\x80\x99s records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
  • \\tDeal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service
  • \\tRenew, and update the trade licenses and other government certificates to ensure that the documents are up to date.
  • \\tAssist departments in resolving any issues related to registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.
  • \\tObtain visas from other Embassies in UAE for staff members for their business travel.
  • \\tArrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required.
  • \\tMaintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
2.\\tFollow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner. 3.\\tOther duties as requested from time to time by the Office Head of Public Relations. Title: Public Relations Officer (UAE National) Qualifications:
  • UAE National
  • Diploma/ Certificate from a recognized University.
  • Experienced in visa and other transactions, knowledge of local Labour Law.
  • Good command English and Arabic both written and spoken.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • The ability to manage a heavy workload, with a close attention to detail.
  • The ability to work autonomously, reviewing your work on a regular basis while consistently meeting your objectives.
  • Strong team working capabilities. Committed to working with all levels of management on a daily and ongoing basis.
  • A proactive approach, working effectively in co-ordinating activities and complex tasks, taking professional responsibility in all matters.
  • Be of the highest calibre: punctual, attentive and competent in adhering to COMPANY\xe2\x80\x99s policies, procedures and working practices.
  • A flexible approach to working hours; with occasional weekend work if required.
