We are looking for a self independent P.R.O who must be able to prepare application both Manual and online for all types of work/visit visas, residence permits, medicals/finger, exit permits, Labor card, Employment contract, other company letters NOCs etc. for employees. And renewal of Resident Permit, CR, Trade license, Municipality certificate, Computer card and Mandoop card etc. for Company. Liaising with various Government Departments (Immigration, Labor, Traffic, Municipality) and Agencies to ensure efficient and timely services in order to meet the business requirement. Be up to date with any changes or amendments to the existing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department be informed of such changes. Should have excellent knowledge of all Qatari, Immigration and Labor Laws and be able to work independently within the time limit. JOB REQUIREMENT : * Should have recent experience of at least 4 years as a PRO role in Qatar.
* Excellent Arabic & English communication skills- both oral & written. Be able to translate and interpret documents English to Arabic and vice versa.
* Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
* Very good Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and immigration procedures. *MUST BE A NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKER Other Requirements
* Transferable visa with NOC is a must.
* Valid Qatari Driving license.
