Job Description
PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (Based in Dubai) Role Overview Working as part of a Practice Group, this role requires you to assist the corporate team by coordinating with ministries, governmental bodies and authorities, making submissions and processing various legal documents. You are expected to provide excellent service at all times, making positive contributions to building the business of the firm. You will be expected to demonstrate your organisational and interpersonal skills. Relevant Skills/Experience We are keen to hear from you if you hold the following skills and experience:
- Strong network of contacts across authorities and notaries.
- Not less than 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the UAE.
- Basic knowledge of foreign ownership restrictions and investment laws in the UAE.
- A good understanding of the processes and requirements (for both mainland and free zones) for various company / corporate transactions including but not limited to company incorporation, share transfers, changes to managers / directors, amendments to articles of association, amendments to licence activities, registration and de-registration of branches.
- Solid Arabic and English language skills (spoken, reading and written)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Experience of managing competing demands and working well under pressure.
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
