Public Relations Officer (pro)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Public Relations Officer (PRO). The candidate should have a minimum 2 years PRO experience in UAE with driving license. Good knowledge in Immigration and labour process. To carry out all the activities for official collection and submission of government applications as well as processing of a variety of legal documents in timely manner. Responsible for processing and carrying out all transections relating to visas, permits , Licenses and registration of employee and company with various governments departments and agencies . your role will include but not limited to the key responsibilities stated bellow,
- Apply and process all kind of visas including work permits, employee visas, residence visas
- Apply and process and renew licenses including trade license from ministry of economy and related ministries
- Apply and process employee insurance for visa process in
- apply and process for online verification of company documents from notary public
- process quota application(new /modifications)
- Submit relevant documents periodically to the immigration and labor department concerning employees new visas and cancelation of visa
- keep track and be update on the on any modification or amendments in prevailing laws and regulations, changes in form or format or any other procedures and keep the human resources department updated on such changes
- Shall register and renew all company, car and employees related documents with different ministers in the time frame given by the ministries.
- shall have expertise in dealing of work related but not limited to THAS-HEEL, IMIGRATION, , TAWJEEH ,E CHANLE , E COMMERCE , INSURANCE, TAMM, TAWTHEEQ
- Typing center experience will be plus
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- pro: 2 years (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
- English (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
