Role overview We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to function as the Public Relations Officer for Calo Kuwait. Focusing on Human Resources and other aspects as needed to deliver the extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our business and to our employees as well, and maintaining good working relationships with the Government Entities.
Main Responsibilities As a Public Relations Officer you are responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, pertaining to employees, company assets and the company itself, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

Main Responsibilities As a Public Relations Officer you are responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, pertaining to employees, company assets and the company itself, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Issuing all types of Kuwait Visas including Kuwait Employment Visa and Kuwait Business Visit Visa for employees
- Managing renewal of legal documents
- Working with Municipality
- Handling labor file
- Attestation of documents
- Making labor contracts and its renewal
- Work permit issue for the employees sponsored by the company
- Processing documents in Labor / Immigration / Economic and other Government Departments
- Issuance / Amendment / Renewal of Commercial Registration and Municipality License
- Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes
Ideal Candidate
- Must have had a minimum of 3 years of previous proven experience in PRO or a relevant field
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Intermediate level in computer skills and MS office applications
- Great analytical skills
- A knack for negotiation and networking
- Must be located in Kuwait
