his position reports to the Head of Government Relations and Administration. S pecific duties of the Public Relation Officer shall include but not be limited to the following tasks: P
- rovides administrative/secretarial support to the SVP/VP and his team members. R
- epresent the Company at Ministry of Labor as a Local PRO \xe2\x80\x93 for Hill Inc. & Hill ME O
- btain and follow up the employment visas for the new candidates from the government authorities L
- iaison with all government departments \xe2\x80\x93 labor, immigration, etc.. for visa renewals, S
- upport and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements and family visa whenever there is difficulty. C
- ollection of medical reports from medical centers for visa renewal. R
- enew, update, and maintain trade licenses and other government certificates of all company\xe2\x80\x99s legal entities to ensure that the documents are up to date. I
- ssuing and renewing the security pass. f
- ollow up all the transactions with the typing center. P
- rocess vendors\xe2\x80\x99 invoices in coordination with Finance Department. U
- sing excellent interpersonal skills, communicate with various levels of company staff and management, visitors, clients etc
- egree in office management or equivalent from a technical institute. E
- xcellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English. L
- iterate with MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook. A
- ble to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. #
