Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full cycle of
visa processing
(new visas, renewals, cancellations).
Manage
Emirates ID
,
medical tests
,
E-Visa
, and
residency stamping
procedures.
Process
labour contracts, offer letters, and work permits
through MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation).
Handle
immigration transactions
via GDRFA and related portals.
Manage
company trade license renewals
, amendments, and documentation with relevant authorities.
Coordinate with government bodies such as
DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, RTA, and Police Departments
.
Maintain accurate records of all employee documentation and company licenses.
Stay updated with changes in UAE labour laws and government regulations.
Assist employees with government-related requirements (fines, attestations, NOCs, etc.).
Ensure timely submission of all documentation to avoid penalties or delays.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of PRO experience in Dubai
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labour Law

Immigration processes
, and
MOHRE & GDRFA portals

Familiarity with
TAS-HEEL, AMER, Emirates ID, and DHA/Medical appointments
.
Excellent communication skills in
English
; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
