Pubic Relations Officer

to manage and facilitate all government-related processes, permits, and legal documentation for the hotel. The role ensures compliance with UAE (or relevant country's) labor, immigration, and municipal regulations while maintaining strong relationships with government departments.

Key Responsibilities

:

Act as the primary point of contact between the hotel and government authorities (immigration, labor, municipality, tourism, police, etc.). Ensure compliance with all labor laws, immigration regulations, and municipal requirements. Process renewals of trade licenses, hotel classifications, permits, and other government documents. Keep management updated on changes in government policies, procedures, and regulations that impact hotel operations. Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and dependents. Obtain and renew required permits (alcohol license, signage, entertainment permits, health and safety certifications, etc.).

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Government Relations Officer preferably in hospitality set up. Strong knowledge of labor, immigration, and municipality regulations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proactive, detail-oriented, and efficient in handling documentation and deadlines. Valid UAE driving license.
