The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships between our organization and government entities. This role requires a deep understanding of government processes, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory landscapes. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies, officials, and regulatory bodies for business compliance such as the RTA, MOH, MOHRE, etc.
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the external government PROs.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with the governmental laws (MOHRE).
Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and government policies that may impact the organization.
Conduct thorough analysis of proposed regulations and assess their potential impact on the company.
Address and resolve any issues or disputes with government entities in a diplomatic and strategic manner. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate regulatory risks.
Maintain organized and up-to-date HR and executive files, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies.
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to government agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and renewed as needed.
Communicate relevant information about government policies and regulatory changes to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a coordinated approach to government relations.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Bachelors degree in political science, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 to 7 years in government relations, public affairs, or a related role.
In-depth knowledge of government structures, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
Fluency in Arabic language will be added advantage.
Valid UAE driving license.
Diplomacy and tact in dealing with government officials.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
