Job Description

The PRO will serve as the company's official representative and primary liaison with various government departments in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. The core focus is on efficiently managing all legal documentation, residency, and labor-related processes to ensure uninterrupted business operations and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Visa & Immigration Management:

Manage the end-to-end processing of all employee visas (employment, residence, visit, cancellation, renewal) and other relevant authorities. Handle all Emirates ID, medical fitness testing, and entry permit applications. Assist new and existing employees with all residency-related procedures.

Labor & Compliance:

Liaise with the

MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation)

to process employment contracts, labor cards, work permits, and quotas. Ensure all company documents and employee records are compliant with the latest UAE labor laws and Free Zone regulations (if applicable). Manage and follow up on labor disputes and official investigations, acting as the company's representative.

Licensing & Documentation:

Process the initial application, renewal, and amendment of the company's

Trade License

with the

Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED)

or relevant Free Zone Authority. Manage vehicle registrations, traffic fines, customs processes, and other required government permits and approvals. Maintain and organize a secure, up-to-date filing system for all corporate and employee legal documents.

Government Liaison:

Represent the company professionally before all government and semi-government entities (e.g., Embassies, Ministries, Municipalities, Chamber of Commerce). Stay informed of all new or amended government rules, laws, and administrative procedures, and communicate these changes to management.

Qualifications and Skills



Experience:

Minimum of [3-5] years of hands-on experience as a PRO or Government Liaison in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.

Legislation Knowledge:

Deep and current understanding

of UAE immigration, labor laws, and company formation procedures (Mainland and Free Zone).

Language:

Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory

(written and spoken) to effectively communicate with government officials and expatriate staff.

Documentation:

High level of attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills for managing sensitive legal documents.

Driving:

Must possess a valid UAE driving license.

MOHRE/GDRFA Relations:

Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and transactions with key government departments.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
