Handle all activities related to employee visas, labor cards, Emirates ID processing, renewals, and cancellations
Liaise with government departments such as MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Economic Department, and other relevant authorities
Ensure timely submission of legal documents and compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
Draft and submit various forms and documentation required by government bodies
Keep up-to-date with changes in government regulations and legal procedures
Maintain accurate records of all government transactions
Assist in processing business licenses, trade license renewals, and approvals
Handle Arabic-English translations of official documents where needed
Provide administrative support related to legal and compliance matters
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven experience in a similar PRO role within the UAE
Fluency in Arabic
(written and spoken) is mandatory
Good command of English
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration procedures
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience dealing with free zones and mainland authorities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
Familiarity with online government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, etc.)
