The identity revolution has only just begun, and we are looking to hire the brightest and inquisitive minds to help us make every web, mobile and physical Interaction seamless and secure. We are now on the hunt to recruit a Public Relations Officer, based at our Abu Dhabi office. Responsibilities:
  • Administer the following towards Employee and Dependents liaising with local UAE govt authorities
a) Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees. b) Monitor and renew employee residence permits. c) Obtain new residence visas for dependents of employees. d) Facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependents. Send notification to employees on required documents before their visa expires e) Facilitate obtaining and renewal of Expatriates passports for employees and dependents. f) Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents. g) Facilitate complex medical / police procedures on event of death of any employee or next to kin.
  • Administer the following towards business facilitation on day-to-day basis:
a) Liaise with embassies / foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits. b) Liaise with UAE Immigration dept. in obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors.
  • Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other gov’t related procedures.
  • Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
  • The ever-changing government rules and regulations requires the post-holder to be abreast of updates on information / documents and at times certain jobs have to be tackled efficiently without much notice.
  • Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the People Team well informed of any changes in procedures and rules
  • Make sure all business and trade licenses are updated, follow up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations
  • When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport, Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other Government Departments

Requirements
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar job with strong experience working directly with govt. Authorities and embassies
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
  • Good influencing skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Valid Driving License
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
