As the Public Relations Officer, you will be the voice of our hospital, articulating our mission, values, and services to the public. Key Objectives

Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance IIQAF's reputation. Manage communications that support the organization's goals and healthcare initiatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with media, stakeholders, and the community. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms to strengthen brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote IIQAF's activities and achievements. Coordinate and manage media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences. Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on public perception and PR impact. Collaborate with internal teams to align communication efforts with organizational priorities. Organize community engagement events and health awareness campaigns to foster public trust. Maintain and update IIQAF's social media presence to support PR initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance IIQAF's visibility within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly. Proven experience managing media relations and crafting compelling press materials. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
