Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets (local, national, trade, etc.) to ensure consistent and positive media coverage of the company, our developments, and key executives.

- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials related to new projects, property listings, and company news.

- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage crisis communications when necessary to protect the company's reputation.

- Organize and manage press events, property tours, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and community engagement.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop consistent messaging that reflects the company's values and enhances brand reputation.

- Support the online PR strategy by working closely with the digital marketing team to manage the company's social media accounts and online reputation.

-Monitor real estate trends and competitors' PR strategies to keep the company ahead of industry developments and ensure innovative PR tactics.

-Track media coverage, PR campaign results, and overall performance to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of PR experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or a related industry. Strong relationships with local and national media outlets, particularly in real estate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials and stories. Solid understanding of the real estate market, trends, and key players. Experience in managing high-pressure situations and crisis communications. Proficient in media monitoring tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute innovative PR strategies. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
