Job Description
Role purpose: Accountable for managing local governmental, public relations duties and administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
\xe2\x80\xa2End to end relationship management with pension and MOHRE along with HR.\xe2\x80\xa2Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs from Visa related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licences to the company and its group , adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure visas,medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal\xe2\x80\xa2To renew and manage all company trade related licenses prior to their expiry date. \xe2\x80\xa2Manage the updated staff list in local ministries and pension funds \xe2\x80\xa2Support submissions for registration for relevant departments \xe2\x80\xa2Providing administrative support when needed \xe2\x80\xa2Support additional/adhoc tasks at request of Management.
